Testing out the new Export with Display Rules tool and it is getting to something close to what we've been waiting for for years - export Thematic shading to DWG.
The only issue is that the Meshes it creates has the colours export as bylevel instead of the colours from the Thematic Display Rule colour - any way to get the correct colours to export as well?

Looks like the process works sending colours to DGN (not DWG) and does some weird things with creating materials in the temp folder that get removed at the end of the session. It seems like the shading is produced using materials and not CAD symbology.
At least allows for export to FBX using exported DGN (opened in the same session), but needs some work for deliverable CAD formats.
