Saved View not functioning

Question

All of a sudden Saved View Dialog does not open. Never had this problem before. 
 V8i Building Designer. Any clue?

 I suppose you could review https://communities.bentley.com/products/microstation/w/microstation__wiki/15899/dialog-toolbox-does-not-open-or-is-missing 
 and also create a new UPF in case of UPF corruption (+) How To Reset User Preferences and Delete MicroStation's Temporary Files - MicroStation Wiki - MicroStation - Bentley Communities but you better check with Building team.
