Hi All,
I have queried my sheet model thoroughly and I have no instance of the cell below named "GEN043"
Is there a way I can force a delete on this particular shared cell for CAD QA requirements?
Thanks
Regards

Have you tried either of these...
How to Delete Unused Shared Cell Definitions - MicroStation Wiki - MicroStation - Bentley Communities

There is a key-in command DELETE SCDEFS ALL that will delete all shared cell definitions.
I am not sure if that will work if the shared cell itself is actually present in your drawing. You should, however, be able to find the Select by Attributes tool and select by shared cell name. You could also use Element Selector to select just shared cells. Once you have it selected, you can either delete the cell, or use the Drop Element tool - one of the options will Drop a shared cell to either a normal cell or simple geometry. After that, you should be able to delete the shared cell definition. You will have to check every model in your design file.

Be aware that this shared cell definition could be used by an area pattern or line style, i.e. it can be used w/o there being a shared cell instance.
