Are you using the PKPM STRUCTURAL DESIGN SOFTWARE, if yes check this link
Dear Leonard Jones
Thanks for your kind help, and it does have PKPM installed in the machine. In China, PKPM analysis is a structural analysis software with monopoly position, and this problem brings big trouble for us who want to use them together.

In my opinion it should be reported to PKPM authors and to configure MicroStation to provide full dump, including managed parts, for detail analysis.
It is hard to say more, because from mini dump it is not clear how exactly PKPM is configured (when it is loaded etc.) and also how the whole application is built (targe NET Framework, strong naming and certificates etc.).
With regards,
Jan

The following is a Wiki created in the China First support communities that you might like to have a look at regarding the use of this PKPM software and associated crashes with MicroStation.

MicroStation CE running error - conflict with PKPM software
【Problem Description】 The computer with PKPM installed and running all CE version software with MicroStation as the platform will automatically crash, and an Exception dialog box will pop up. Log file prompts: Exception 0xe0434352
【Solution】 A PKPM plug-in PMTolModel_GAC crashed due to conflict with Bentley CE software. It needs to be uninstalled in the control panel to solve the problem.
Supplement: This plugin for PMToIModel is used to convert PKPM's JWS model file into a model that can be viewed in Bentley's related software. If you don't need conversion, uninstalling this plug-in has no effect, and will not affect the use of subsequent computing functions.
