Area Tools

Never mind, I figured it out.

Use Customize Ribbon (I already had a few), on the "Choose components from" button select "Ribbon Containers>Groups". If you have not any customizations, right click on "Task Navigation", select "Add New Tab", name it, add a group, name it, then add some commands or the Area Tools as desired.
