Is there any way to make 3d terrain from geotiff like in Qgis or other software by one click ?
I hope that in 2022 in Connect there is possible cos 3d terrain is basic project need.
It is possible but you need to have Descartes activated (or use a Civil product like OpenRoads) and attach it in the Raster Manager as a Raster Grid.

I attached as a raster grid but what now ? It looks like flat image - not 3d mesh
Through Descartes you can create either a Scalable Mesh (.3sm) or a Scalable Terrain Model (.stm) by using your Geotiff as the elevation source. Both of these formats give you a 3D terrain model that can be used in MicroStation Connect.

The process is similar for creating either a .3sm file or a .stm file.
Look in the help to better understand the pros and cons of each format. This may help you decide which format will best fit your needs.
For using this type data, shape files, etc., I purchased a program called Global Mapper. They hit me up for $240 US every year, but still cheaper than Bentley. I would imagine QGIS can convert the geotiff to something usable in Microstation, it is a bit of a learning curve. My long term plan is to replace Global Mapper with QGIS, still a few things I need that it won't do, but they constantly upgrade the thing. Now if I could just find an Open Source CAD program to replace Microstation, it would be goodbye Bentley.

Hi Ron thanks... Yes i must test and read help because i try this file (GEOTIFF) https://we.tl/t-SGGAJvOKHa and no success to have it in place like geotiff raster and 3sm file is empty
Bob i used Qgis and check Global Mapper - my first file attached to Microstation was great and works well but second fail > https://we.tl/t-SGGAJvOKHa I am near sure to make this same way but no success. When i attach raster it is in place - but fbx created not. About Open source cad i only test this cheap as Bricscad and Zwcad. But propably never change Micro :)

There is it is called iTwin. With other opensource there is one problem there is no open source CAD formats or they are very limited. Sames as IFC/LandXML it is only for interoperability and no software works with it natively.
With Descartes you do not attach the file but use Reality Mesh dialog and create new Scalable mesh and then add your tiff as source. But for me it constantly crashes if trying to edit generated 3sm and need to create it again if changes needed.
update: and it crashed with your data could not check results. Can't recommend Descartes/CC Editor for real workflows anymore until all my long time reported issues are resolved but seems Bentley doesn't care as noting has improved. Scalable mesh is great technology but implementation is unacceptable. STM works better but doesn't allow to easy attach textures.
