Change View Rotation is an important tool. Re-introduced sometime for CE but not fully integrated. It performs like a macro that does not get updates about what the View is doing. Unhelpfully, the View Prev / Next buffer also does not seem to register changes made by the CVR tool.
View changes generated by the RV=,, command also do not register with View Prev / Next which is a regression?
What version are you experiencing this issue. I am not seeing an issue with View Previous or View Next not working

Your issue could be specific to OBD. Your post would be better in a forum for that product. I don't use OBD so I am not sure if there is a specific forum for OBD or if that would be in the Road & Site Design forum.
