I've got a lot of work in my existing folder structures that look something like this:
D:\TopoDOT Workspaces\WorkSets\{project folders}
This has been working well for me for years. We just had a company-wide reformatting of computers. I'm trying to get Microstation to recognize my existing WorkSpace/WorkSet data. Is there a way to do this?
how did you get it to previously look at the D:\TopoDOT Workspaces\WorkSets\{project folders} ? as this was not how MicroStation would see it's delivered workspace/workset.....

I created a workspace by selecting D:\ as a location and naming it TopoDOT Workspaces. When I created a WorkSpace, It, by default, located it in that folder.

What version (e.g. v10.x.y.z) of MicroStation, or other product, are you using?

Hi Jon Loder,
Thanks for posting your query in our MicroStation Communities Forums.If it were me, I would start here with this 5-part series on Custom Configuration in MicroStation CONNECT.https://communities.bentley.com/products/microstation/w/microstation__wiki/36416/connect-edition---custom-configuration-guides
I think this is a good reference guide when setting up custom configs.
Hope this helps!

Was this during installation or during the create workspace/workset dialog?
At the very least you may need to modify the ConfigurationSetup.CFG or the WorkSpaceSetup.cfg.
