Hi everyone, I’m Keegan and I work for Nippon Alloys. A client of ours is having issues while installing the latest version of MicroStation on their Windows 10 PC and needs a solution to this ASAP. Does anyone have a quick fix to this?
What is the exact version no. (e.g. v10.x.y.z) of MicroStation that you are using? Use key-in VERSION to see the version no. in the MicroStation Message Center, or Help→About MicroStation in the backstage.

Why can't the client post that question here? Then we would have more information about the host computer.

Without further details it's impossible to respond to your question.
Apart from the version of MicroStation, what operating system is used: Windows 10, but 32-bit or 64-bit?

Hi Nippon,Thanks for the post.I would recommend checking out the QuickInstall Guide first to ensure you are following all recommendations.Since it sounds like your issues are urgent, I would recommend filing a Service Request online via our Service Request Manager
