The toggles for "display raster references" and "treat attachment as element" no longer work in microstation connect (V 10.17.00.209) unless i Use the buttons along the bottom of the reference manager. Is there a way to turn that functionality back on?
Please file a service ticket for this. This is just another instance of regressions in Microstation.
