Microstation V8i
i am trying to move tool boxes on my screen however i have trouble with top of box being off the screen.
For example, i press the place text command and the text editor box is half off the screen. So you cant grab the blue ribbon at the top of the box to move
the text editor box centrally into the screen.
Change you monitor resolution to be 800 x 600. Then you should see the entire settings dialog. Drag it to the center of your screen then revert the resolution. Once done, make sure you Save Settings.
