I have a file with a model and a sheet. In the sheet it references the model twice. One is scaled at 1:100 of the whole model. The other is scaled at 1:10 for a detail. Is there anyway to have two annotation scales for a model? Is there a different approach I should be using for creating a detail?

have you tried create a saved view and attach that at a different scale but without annotation scale?

a single model cannot have multiple annotation scales. But you can set the scale of the attached references just as you have done. Please elaborate on any issue so we can respond accordingly. I am guessing your having annotation issues but that is just a guess.
