Really slow Microstation Connect when Autocad (Vanilla Acad, Civil and Naviswork Manage, all 2023) is installed on the same computer as Microstation connect

Hi all 
 Have you the same problem that I have noticed lately? I have problems with my connect version and the problem is the speed/response time that really has gone slow, I don&acute;t know if this has to do with Acad 2023 combined with Microstation Connect edition Version: 10.17.01.58 but something has happened. This is most when I have an civil Xversion DWG file as an referens file to microstationwhen everything inside Microstation is taking loooong time to process. 
 I start the question with this word to see if someone else has noticed the same problem.

Poor AutoCAD drawings (using tight hatches instead of solid hatch for fill) is nothing that can be compensated by MicroStation. Whomever is creating the DWG files needs to draw them correctly for them to perform well.

Makes sense, my understanding was that you got a performance drop after installing acad 2023. If that was not the case then the object enabler cannot be the cause.

Hi Tom, 
 
 If you have a corresponding Civil 3d Object Enabler installed this overrides Microstation handling of DWGs and is much slower from what I've seen. Try uninstalling the object enabler and see if that helps.

Interesting, did you try it without the object enabler as a test? 
 
 We have benchmarked that opening and referencing dwgs when using the object enabler is noticeably slower. 
 
 For it to only have issues when autocad us installed implies it is an issue with some interaction between the platforms and not Micristation on its own.
