As a cell library is the same format as a DGN file you could convert this to a DWG file quite easily but as AutoCad uses .pat files for patterning I have not heard of a method to convert to this format file. The standard &amp;quot;areapat.cel&amp;quot; that comes with MicroStation has an equivalent .pat that would be located in the same directory.&lt;/p&gt;
