Could you please help to guide me how to set element class (construction) for a specific level.
For example, I want to set the level "default" with element class "construction" .

You can however display any Construction Class element that have been placed on any level with specific Element Symbology using ByLevel Attributes.

You could also use Element Templates to possibly define the placement of elements to have Construction Class.
