Move text to the left or right of a line

Hi guys,

I am currently using MicroStation connect v14 and windows 10.

Does any one know if there is a way to move a text automatically to the left or to the right according the direction of a line that crosses the text?

For instance I have cell that as a text attached to the cell needs to intersect the line but the text needs to be move to the left or the right in order to be readable as the text as a fixed position for all the same cells it looks to something like this : 

So I need to find a solution that moves the text aside the line according the direction of the line, like automatically 1 cm to the left or to the right and this for all the text of the same cell?

And if there is a way, you would help me to figure it out?
