Copy and Paste Level Manager In CONNECT?

Question

In V8i I used to be able to select all the levels in the level manager of one file, go to another, then paste those "settings" (color, global freeze, global display, etc.) into the other drawing. This seems like it no longer works in CONNECT for me. Can anyone confirm this no longer works in CONNECT?

I have been able to successfully Copy&Paste all of the Levels, including their attributes, into a second design file. All I performed was a Select All in Level Manager and then a Copy. I then went to the second design file and performed a Paste with all of these settings copying to the new file. 
 Not sure why this would not work for you, but it may depend on the file format. Are you working in DGN format files? 
 You might also like to try the Import option in the Level Manager.

 Or possibly to use Design Libraries to ensure your files are consistent.

which version are you using. Have been able to copy levels from one file to another without issue on 10.17.01.58
