copy the bentley pdf driver and edit the copy and add the paper size, the printer dialog there is option to edit and you add the paper size .....

I recommend you learn how to do this yourself.

Two basic options, Windows Driver or Bentley Driver. For Windows you want to go to Settings>Devices>Printers & scanners and select the printer you will be using (on my box it's called Adobe PDF). Right click to manage, open Printing preferences and Add (or Edit) a new page size. For Bentley driver go to Print>File>Edit Printer Driver Configuration>Paper Sizes and Add (or Edit) a new page size.

For both options you'll need to re-load the driver for changes to take affect.
