HI,
I have a DGN file with a cell that I want to drop (I use the "drop element" command and select the cell)
In Microstation V8i SS10 everything is ok after drop,
in Microstation CONNECT Update 17.1 the text node at the bottom of the cell is moved to a different location (see screenshots below)
(if you fit the view you can see it at the bottom of the view)
I have attached the file so you can test by yourself.
Can someone explain me this strange behavior?

Thanks for the test design file and screen captures. I have been able to replicate your described issue with the Text Node moving to a long distance away from the main elements when dropping this cell.
I have raised a new Bug # 1056033 for our developers to investigate what might be required to fix this problem. You might like to raise a new Service Request so we can link this bug for you to be notified when a fix is available.

Looking at Bug # 1056033 it appears our development team has been able to replicate your issue and it has been approved for a fix in a future release.
do you really have to drop the cell? what do you want to do with it that it needs dropping? just curious... I often have to drop cells because come out of ORD and can't seem to modify without dropping especially text.
