Cannot create new workspace 2

Question

My "create new workspace" is grayed out. How do I fix this? This was already a question and when I went to the answer the link no longer exists. Please any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

 Thanks for your post. So we can better assist, please reply to this thread with your MicroStation version number that you are currently using. In the meantime, you might check out this Wiki - there are some configuration variables that could turn off your ability to create a new WorkSpace and/or WorkSet: https://communities.bentley.com/products/microstation/w/microstation__wiki/40406/how-to-remove-the-ability-to-create-workspaces-and-worksets-from-the-user-interface 
 From what it sounds like, the MS_CONFIGURATIONOPTS config variable is set in your configuration. If this is the case, then remove it from your configuration. If your organization has an admin that sets this up, I would recommend contacting them to proceed with altering your configuration.
