MicroStation V8i (SELECTseries 10) version 08.11.09.919 stopped working after updating ProjectWise Explorer Connect Edition from 10.00.03.280 to version 10.00.03.453

As the subject describes, after upgrading my ProjectWise Explorer from version 10.00.03.280 to version 10.00.03.453, my Microstation V8i (SELECTseries 10) stopped working. A sales rep suggested the upgrade after I started getting error 58510 while trying to access one of my datasources. Upgrading ProjectWise solved the issue, and I was able to reaccess the datasource, but my Microstation stopped working. It won't load if I click on any DGN file in ProjectWise or directly on the MicroStation logo; the same happens; the initial Microstation software window appears and immediately disappears. No error messages, nothing. Any idea of what could be causing this and how to solve it? Thanks!
