Were you able to solve the issue? I'm having the same issue, and I haven't been able to solve it.
I found the installation file for 08.11.03.919, and it worked fine! I still don't know what caused it to stop working, but the hardest part was finding the installation file, as I'm the only one using v8i in my office. The issue now is to integrate ProjectWise to v8i.
