Everyone,
I just had a strange issue where whenever I tried to update our custom ribbon in the dgnlib file, it caused Connect to crash. The issue turned out to be that I had ms_readonly set to 1 in the workspace config file that I was using to open the dgnlib file with.
It makes sense that I could not update the dgnlib file, but I think Connect should behave better and give a message indicating that it can not update the dgnlib file because it is in readonly mode, rather than crashing.
You should report this bug to Bentley by registering Service ticket.
Filed the issue as Bug 1074162.
