I'm trying to solve a rather unique bug. When doing certain text manipulations, I get part of the text changed to color 240. I can't even tell until I print to PDF.
Believe I have tracked it down to copy/paste, the clipboard.dgn file seems to be changing the color. I can delete the file from folder (C:\Users\<me>\AppData\Local\Temp\Bentley\MicroStation\10.0.0), next time I copy to clipboard it creates a new one.
Does anyone know where it gets the seed or settings for clipboard.dgn. Or a way to force it to use a user defined clipboard.dgn?

i see some clipboard mdl files but no seeds. etc.

As explained in the following Wiki article discussing issues with the Clipboard operation, the clipboard.dgn or clipbrd.dgn are created as necessary when the clipboard is being used. There is no mention the documentation which DGN file or Seed is being used to create this tempoary design file used with the clipboard operation. I suspect it is coming from one of the default seed files in the standard workspace.
