I recently updated my Microstation from V8i to CONNECT but changed my preferences so I have the hotkeys and toolbar similar to the V8i format. I used the following links to do it:

After updating, whenever I try to use the manipulate command (3), it gives me options to move, copy, etc but for rasters and not for lines and other objects.
Is there a way to fix this?
I've seen this mentioned here before. I forget it it was a version error or something to do with a custom workspace...

What version of CONNECT (10.xx.xx.xxx) are you using?
