The text from autocad dgn file is showing only borders in microstation. This is not happening all text on same layer inspite of having same attributes etc.
I am using the connect edition.
Is Fill turned on in your view attributes? Is there a display style set for your view?
Are you certain that piece of text has the same font as the rest? Is the font a TrueType font or an AutoCAD SHX font?
What version of CONNECT are you using? What version DWG file is this?

Some of the ACAD fonts just look like that. Fill makes no difference.
Isolate what that font is, find one that looks better (true type maybe), and change them all or just modify the text style.
(timesout)
some of the apparently filled ACAD fonts are actually hatched.

No such product!
What is the exact version no. (e.g. v10.x.y.z) of MicroStation that you are using? Use key-in VERSION to see the version no. in the MicroStation Message Center, or Help→About MicroStation in the backstage.
VERSION
See this blog that shows you how to obtain MicroStation's version number.
If you're using an additional product (e.g. ProjectWise, OpenXxx) let us know about that too!
