Microstation hang and not responding constantly

Hi, how to speed up the MicroStation Connect edition?
I don't understand why my microstation always hangs and doesn't respond. Eventhough I have a pretty good hardware.
Do you know where the problem maybe?

Can you narrow down to a known area 
 
 Does it occur during Start-up. 
 Are you accessing files from network. Does the performance improve when the files are local. 
 Is it file specific (DGN or DWG) 
 Is your workspace on the network 
 Are you using Project Wise?.

Disable thumbnail preview. Check this Wiki for the procedure. 
 When the product freezes, we will require 3 dumps (15sec interval). Check Wiki Create a Dump File with Task Manager .
