Question

Where is this tag tool box that is mentioned in the Microstation Help? 
 Is there any sort of tutorial on using tags?

Hi Anthony, 
 Tags have been deprecated in MicroStation CONNECT Edition. You should consider using Item Types which replaces Tags. You can check out the below video for a demo on Item Types: communities.bentley.com/.../introduction-to-microstation-connect-edition-item-types 
 If you still need to use tags in MicroStation CONNECT Edition, you can open its toolbox by using shortcut CTRL+T and turn on checkmark for 'Tags'. communities.bentley.com/.../how-to-open-toolbox-tags-in-connect
