Hi Bob,

You will not use the "User name" field. Instead, you will need to log-in with your Bentley IMS log-in credentials (email & password).

When I try to log in with IMS, I get the message :

soooo...what does that mean, and who do I need to talk to?

Yes, that works (Bentley IMS log-in). I was already logged in, so it went right to the page. My old, unresolved tickets are nowhere to be found! Perhaps that is why Bentley migrated to this new service?

I was able to get it, but same as Bob. None of my older unresolved tickets/cases are available.
