Dumbest question yet!
Where do I find my User name, so I can log into the new Service Ticket whatever?
I've always logged into everything Bentley using an email address and password. This does not work with the new thing.
Hi Bob,
You will not use the "User name" field. Instead, you will need to log-in with your Bentley IMS log-in credentials (email & password).See the "Bentley Support Portal Quick Guide" contained in this link for the step-by-step process as well as more info on the new Bentley Support Portal.

When I try to log in with IMS, I get the message :
soooo...what does that mean, and who do I need to talk to?

Hi MaryB,Thanks for the message.I will relay this info to our internal team in charge of the support migration. Will keep you posted on any resolution.Best,-Jayson P.
Hello MaryB,
Just following up with you regarding this recent query. Here are some thoughts:1. I would ensure that your current IMS log-in is tied to your "official" Bentley profile that is used to create SR's/Cases.2. Clear browser cache3. Try a different browser to log-in.4. Check your Registered User Set-up configurations
If nothing still works, you can send me a private message with your account info (full name, organization name, & email), and I can do some deeper investigating.
Hi Mary,

To login to the new portal is a nightmare and to reset / clean cache does not help sometimes (but it is worth to try ;-).
I am not sure whether it can help you, but after login, I typically receive message The page you are looking for could not be found. on empty page. I found out the solution in this case it to change used URL (https://bentleysystems.service-now.com/modalLogin) to web main page (https://bentleysystems.service-now.com) and it is displayed fine now, including logged in account.
With regards,
Jan
