Dumbest question yet!
Where do I find my User name, so I can log into the new Service Ticket whatever?
I've always logged into everything Bentley using an email address and password. This does not work with the new thing.
Hi Bob,
You will not use the "User name" field. Instead, you will need to log-in with your Bentley IMS log-in credentials (email & password).See the "Bentley Support Portal Quick Guide" contained in this link for the step-by-step process as well as more info on the new Bentley Support Portal.

Yes, that works (Bentley IMS log-in). I was already logged in, so it went right to the page. My old, unresolved tickets are nowhere to be found! Perhaps that is why Bentley migrated to this new service?
Connect r17 10.17.2.61 self-employed-Unpaid Beta tester for Bentley
Sure thing, Mary.Glad to help.

We are now full employed beta testers with no vacations. If no answer even in 3 days ticket may automatically be closed and no one cares if actual issue is resolved or not. This reminds me how MS EAP got to full release by simply wiping all previous issues as closed. It reads:Please note that this case will automatically close in 10 business days if no response is received.but what it doesn't read is that not any last response is counted only your answer. So at the end got this request(CS0003385) closed after just 3 days of last response from Bentley. So it means will need to bump these requests constantly or they will be closed automatically with no resolution.
This is also hilarious. Imported SR looks like this and after 10 days got closed because I didn't provide details for guess what???. So even imported ones are of no use.

Nothing new here Oto. Lost count on the number of hours I've put into simply bug testing etc.
New is that can't now take vacation no longer than a week to not lose all requests as afterwards will have to start again.
Also this: can you please record a video so I can pass it on to our QA/Dev team
Sure now I have to do all the analyst homework.
