 Where do I find my User name, so I can log into the new Service Ticket whatever? 
 I&amp;#39;ve always logged into everything Bentley using an email address and password. &lt;p&gt;We are now full employed beta testers with no vacations. If no answer even in 3 days ticket may automatically be closed and no one cares if actual issue is resolved or not. This reminds me how MS EAP got to full release by simply wiping all previous issues as closed.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It reads:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;em&gt;Please note that this case will automatically close in 10 business days if no response is received.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;but what it doesn&amp;#39;t read is that not any last response is counted only your answer. So at the end got this request(&lt;span&gt;CS0003385)&lt;/span&gt; closed after just 3 days of last response from Bentley. &lt;p&gt;To login to the new portal is a nightmare and to reset / clean cache does not help sometimes (but it is worth to try ;-).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am not sure whether it can help you, but after login, I typically receive message &lt;em&gt;The page you are looking for could not be found.&lt;/em&gt; on empty page. I found out the solution in this case it to change used URL (&lt;a id="" href="https://bentleysystems.service-now.com/modalLogin"&gt;https://bentleysystems.service-now.com/modalLogin&lt;/a&gt;) to web main page (&lt;a id="" href="https://bentleysystems.service-now.com"&gt;https://bentleysystems.service-now.com&lt;/a&gt;) and it is displayed fine now, including logged in account.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;And while I can comprehend the potential value of a single sign-in, it&amp;#39;s frustrating to have to keep signing in and out of Bentley sites to switch between my business account and my personal account. I can&amp;#39;t sign into the SRM as &amp;quot;Business me&amp;quot; if I&amp;#39;m logged in here as &amp;quot;Me&amp;quot;. I swear it didn&amp;#39;t used to be that way...I&amp;#39;m positive I used to be able to be signed into Communities with one account and log into Service with the other.&lt;/p&gt;
