Where do I find my User name, so I can log into the new Service Ticket whatever?
I've always logged into everything Bentley using an email address and password. This does not work with the new thing.

Hi Mary,You can access Service Requests older than 90 days by using the Advanced Filter contained within the "All Old Service Requests" section.Set the time frame as necessary, and click Search. It might take longer, especially if you have many Service Requests.
I can only see 90 days worth of Service Request history - so nothing at all. What about my older Service Tickets? Where is the entire history? has it all been erased?

To login to the new portal is a nightmare and to reset / clean cache does not help sometimes (but it is worth to try ;-).
I am not sure whether it can help you, but after login, I typically receive message The page you are looking for could not be found. on empty page. I found out the solution in this case it to change used URL (https://bentleysystems.service-now.com/modalLogin) to web main page (https://bentleysystems.service-now.com) and it is displayed fine now, including logged in account.

Hi Mary, Seems like it would be a good idea to speak with the admin for your organization's Bentley account.Since you can now access the new Support Portal, I would recommend filing a Support Case to assist with retrieving your old SR's and general account info:https://bentleysystems.service-now.com/csp
