I select several elements then group them clicking the Home > Groups > Group icon.
Then the group is displayed as:
Cell \ Shape
Level: main
However doesn't seem a way to set a "name" for such group or cell (to view it when hovering over it with Element Selection tool.
The only way I can think of is to create a level for each group, then set level name as group/cell name. Instead of keeping all groups in same level.
Any help?

The group is an anonymous cell. Select the cell, then show Element Properties (Ctrl-I). You can assign the cell a name in the Properties dialog.

Thank you very much, that did it!
I've found that there are 2 dialogs where to edit the cell or group information (in case you don't want to use keyboard shortcuts):
Once either window/dialog is open, you can continue clicking/selecting other elements and the information will update in the box without having to close it and reopen it again. Even more than one can be selected at the same time.
However, once a name is given, the group cannot be ungrouped. You must completely remove the Cell Name to make it ungroupable again.
You could use Drop Complex to drop your named cells to elements

I see. The option Drop Complex Status automatically dismantles the cell/group into the elements/groups/cells that make it up, and automatically removes its Cell Name. With Ungroup you have to manually remove the Cell Name first but the rest is the same.
In both cases, if you regroup the cell again, the Cell Name will be still empty, so doesn't "remember" previous value.
