I select several elements then group them clicking the Home > Groups > Group icon.
Then the group is displayed as:
Cell \ Shape
Level: main
However doesn't seem a way to set a "name" for such group or cell (to view it when hovering over it with Element Selection tool.
The only way I can think of is to create a level for each group, then set level name as group/cell name. Instead of keeping all groups in same level.
Any help?

That is because a group, whether named or unnamed, is called an "orphan cell". It isn't defined anywhere else - the only definition is that group as it exists. Once the group is broken, either by Dropping or Ungrouping, the cell definition ceases to exist. It's as if it was never there. There is nothing to be remembered, either way.
If you want elements to be grouped in a way where you can modifiy them individually if necessary, but stay grouped, you should look into Graphic Groups. Those are a different type of group, and they are managed through the Graphic Group Lock. When the lock is on, the elements act as a group. When the lock is off, they act as individual elements, but they still "know" they are in a graphic group. Turn the lock back on, and the group acts as one again. If you would like a name for your group, you could use the Named Groups function instead of the regular graphic group. It's essentially the same sort of thing, except with a name.
