I have 3 splines, and I want to move one of them so is tangent to the other two, is that possible?
I want to move the selected spline to a position where it is perfectly tangent to the two below (which can't be moved).
This was done "by hand":
However, if you zoom in, they are not tangent (to any zoom in):

Have you tried tangent snap?

That doesn't work, since it only works for 2 elements at once, not three, and rotates the element which is not what I want:
Please advise on version being used.
If using MicroStation CONNECT Edition one option is to use 3D Constraints.
First you will need to 'Fix' the curves not to be moved, then Constrain the remaining curve to them.

If when your finished and you use the remove constraints option from the contraints tool , does it leaves the lines where you left them tangential but not constrained as we may want to modify the lines at a later time.. and it makes it hard on next user to figure out its constrained as we turn off the markers ie no hints left... haha...

Why is this option not available in a 2D model?
It seems like a very basic set of constraints and should be equally applicable to both 2D and 3D models.
