Can anyone recommend a third party app to convert back from PDF to DGN?
We use v8i, so not possible on microstation.

Autodesk PDFimport also sound capable would like to see comparision but again DWG and then to DGN could cause some loss.
Yikes. PDFImport description was so promising. Well that shows never trust documentation.

Not perfect neither, but loads better than the DWG from ACAD.

Which CE? Now it is 2023.
edit:tested in 2023. Slight improvement so in such pace looking forward for version 2025.
Would like to have optimizations so almost straight lines are straight like angles 0°,30°,45°,60°,75°,90°. Circle and arc recognition, better handling of filled shapes. Option to import all pages as models. Nevertheless this is best PDF conversion I have achieved so far in any of 3rd party softwares just afraid that it will be released to commercial feature in current half baked state.
