Not able to find the font and font CHAR

Question

Hi All, 
 Can any body help me to get the font 92 please as I am very new to microstation and I need to set the font as per below snapshot 
 
 Please help.

you need to ask client for their workspace and its config and their custom files needed to set up their specific workspace to create drawings as if they did them themselves.. not just seed file but plotcfgs, dgnlibs, cell libraries, font libraries, linestyle libraries.. as most DoT have lots of customized stuff, they even have custom tools or vbas to make work faster and easier...
