you need to ask client for their workspace and its config and their custom files needed to set up their specific workspace to create drawings as if they did them themselves.. not just seed file but plotcfgs, dgnlibs, cell libraries, font libraries, linestyle libraries.. as most DoT have lots of customized stuff, they even have custom tools or vbas to make work faster and easier...

Fonts are not contained within a seed file. They are either True Type Fonts, Shape Fonts or part of a .rsc file. You should contact the client and ask they for the font library. These files are pointed to by the workspace. You need to find out what format the font file is before we can advise any further.

Yes currently I am working for one of client and they have provided me with their seed file but I couldn't find the font that they mentioned in the snapshot.
I have attached the seed file can you please check and let me know if I am wrong?

It would be helpful to know if you are working within a specific DOT workspace as well. Many DOTs have their own font resource libraries in a .rsc format. We still use the .rsc format in CONNECT but everyone is transitioning to TTF.

What product and what version are you using? It appears that font 92 is a custom font are you using a client provided workspace?
