I've created a few dimension styles that I'd like to be able to use in all my drawings.
They are local files. How can I save them and load them into the dimension styles in other drawings?
The best way is to create a DGNLIB file to hold your dimension styles and Import your styles into that drawing through the Dimension Styles dialog. Then you need to make sure that you set the MS_DGNLIBLIST configuration variable to include that file & path so that the styles are automatically available in every file.

to speed it up when you create the dimstyle.dgnlib you have the option to import the dim style you created in your drg you already built... or ref attach and copy a dimension should also copy the dim style, then detach and add / build all you extra dim styles then via Mary's suggestion you will use the dgnlib as a single source automatically to use a common file to add or modify you styles.... and always available to your works spaces/ projects...

As mentioned already you can share the Dimension Styles via a DGNLIB, The variable MS_DGNLIBLIST_DIMENSIONSTYLES can also be used, further information can be found in the help
