Item Type Expressions double quote

Is it possible to have a double quote show up when using expressions?  Or is there an escape character?

For example, if ValueA = Pavement marking and ValueB = 1.333, I want to do the following:

ValueA & ( ValueB * 12) & " " "

The expected output would be:

Pavement marking 16"
