Divider Line for Stationing using Civil Labeler Not Showing Up in Sheet View

Hello,

Wondering if anyone else has come across this issue. We have some station/offset callouts in a drawing that were created using Civil Labeler in OpenRoads, and when in sheet view, the divider line in between the values does not show or display. Not sure if the issue is based on the class properties of the element (currently set as primary), or if I need to change a setting within Line Style, Weight. It shows up correct when in Image 1, but in Image 2, you can see that the divider line is missing for the callout. We have to use MicroStation CONNECT to print out these drawings due to issues with Print Organizer in OpenRoads. The dilemma here is it shows up fine in OpenRoads, but not in MicroStation CONNECT which is where we are trying to print from. Is there a reason for this difference?
