Hello,
I was wondering if there was a way to hide or get rid of the grid involving a raster. Any time I try and delete a section of the grid, it then deletes that section of the image with it. So instead, I was wondering if there were a way I could hid the grid, but keep the actual raster intact? (as seen in the image above)
If there is any further clarification I can provide, please let me know!
Is the grid part of the image itself? Is it gaps between image tiles? Where did this grid come from, and what is it made of?

I believe that the grid is part of the image, yes. Because, any time I delete one of these grids, then the image within that grid is also deleted.
But, on previous projects, with the same picture, they have been able to hide or get rid of the grid without it affecting the image. Yet, I am not quite sure as to how that was done, and how I can do it here.
Do you have raster borders turned on? you don't say what version you're using but in V8i (which I happened to have loaded when i saw this) has the option in WorkSpace > Preferences > Raster Manager > General tab
Looks like it's in a similar place in Connect:
Preferences Dialog, Raster Manager Category (bentley.com)
I am currently using CONNECT, but I am still confused on where I can change this?
