I have created a line style including a stroke and point. My issue is that the point style which is an 'x' is placing itself at the beginning, end and in the middle of the line. How do I get the 'x' not to be placed on the centre of the line?

RE: Microstation Line Style Creation

The following is a good example of the workflow when creating a custom linestyle:

Most likely the base stroke is no being applied to the point symbol.

RE: Microstation Line Style Creation

When in the Point Editing section, click on each segment. If there is a point symbol associated with the segment, it will display in the point preview window. From what you describe, the segment with the X at its midpoint should indicate there is a symbol there which you can remove.
