Hello,
I'm new to using Microstation v8i from CAD. Right now whenever I open a dng it opens another page that is just a grey blank screen. If I try and close it, the page with my drafting also closes. Its also annoying because the command prompts for certain commands will pop up on the blank page and I have to drag them back over. This is only my second day on Microstation and it may be an easy fix, but I figured this would be the best place to ask.

Hi Matt,Based on what you described, it may be a good idea to reset your user prefs and delete temp files. Try these steps as a test:1. Close out of MicroStation completely2. Open Task Manager3. End all Bentley tasks (all Apps & Background Processes as well)4. Rename the Bentley folder that is located here:C:\Users\<your user name>\AppData\Local\Renaming to something like "Bentley_Old" will suffice5. Open MicroStation and see if the problem persists
