Hello Michael,

MaryB is correct - the Drop Element tool is what you need to use to drop one element at a time.
Drawing Workflow > Home Tab > Groups Ribbon Group > Drop Element Tool

Here is an example (Text Field to Regular Text):

You could use the Element Selection tool to select multiple elements at once and then, with these elements selected, use the Drop Element tool to drop them all at once.

Cells would simply be the Complex option. Dropping notes and dimensions would probably call for the Dimensions -> To Geometry option.

These will work one at a time, or with a selection set.
