I have a problem when I want to print in pdf.I would like to see the solids coloured with the colours I have assigned to the "Level Manager", but the only way to do this is by putting a tick on "Rasterozed". Otherwise it prints me all the solids with a white fill.
In the Print dialog under Settings > Print Attributes do you have Fill turned on?
Yes
Does it help if you enable Level Overrides in the Print Attributes dialog?
are you talking about the preview screen or your actual created pdfs, I find that often the print preview is not accurate especially with fills and transparency applied, but end product pdfs are fine , have you tried in view attributes to check if over rides are on or off ie control B, have you got any overrides on in the level manager?
Can you upload a small sample of you dgn for somebody to look at repeating your problem ?
