I am using a 3dDConnexion mouse to pan and zoom in and out in Microsation Connect update 17. I am getting a flickering only in the work area on my screen when I pan. Is there a way to smooth that out?
It's like the frame rate is set really low so I have tried to adjust the frame rate in microsation but it does not help.
Where I have been adjusting it is:
Settings > Preferences > View Options > Frame Rate
I also moved the Update Refresh around too.
I found update refresh at 0.2 and frame rate 0.4 helps a little I think but it's still not good.
I have an Intel 12th gen I7, 32Gb of DDR5, and a RTX 2080ti.
The monitor I use runs at 75hz.
Hi Seth,
Do you see similar behavior if you use any other mouse?
Yes, when I pan with it not when I zoom in since it has jump points it goes to.
Could just be weak graphics card.

Maybe, but I do not have very complex files most are around 1 MB with very few that are more. My two monitors are only 1440p. I have no trouble in SketchUp or anywhere else on the system. I feel like I have a setting somewhere that I just need to adjust.
does the flicker occur when only using the laptop monitor?
I am using a desktop computer. I have one Samsung 32-inch S60A QHD screen and one Asus 27" PB278Q monitor both are plugged into the RTX 2080ti Founders Edition both have the same issue. I can try the onboard graphics on my CPU and see if there is a difference.
I am using a desk top Computer.
