MicroStation Find/Replace Tool is not working. After enabling the command MicroStation crashes.

Question

When I try to use the find/replace option, MicroStation crashes. I got the same issue previously, but got it rectified by restoring the MicroStation to defaults. But this time it failed.

Try the following one at a time and try to reproduce the crash. 
 Backup UPF file and/or Pref folder. 
 Step 1: 
 
 Close the product &bull; Backup the following UPF file from the following location. Rename Personal.upf to Personal.bak C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Local\Bentley\MicroStation\10.0.0\prefs\Personal.upf &bull; When you reopen the product, a new UPF file is created &bull; Open MicroStation and test

Step 2: 
 
 Do also try to rename prefs folder to prefs-backup , restart MicroStation and test.
