Is there a way to lock the layout of my tool bars at the bottom?

Question

I have 5 tool bars at the bottom of Microstation connect. Often when I open a new drawing they get all rearranged. Is there locking feature for my tool bars? I don&rsquo;t know at what point they get messed up. I did a test by putting them in proper order and then close and re-open Microstation, it seams to remember their position in that instance. So I am not use at what point them get messed up.

I am thinking the following discussion regarding docked dialogs is a similar query to your question for docked toolbars. I do not believe there are any current Enhancements relating to this so I would suggest raising new MicroStation Idea if you wanted to suggest a change to the operation of docked toolbars.

 The help topic Getting Started > Fundamentals > Dockable Dialogs has a fairly extensive list of the various docking functions and a list of dockable dialogs and where they can be docked. 
 The order in the group is first to last, so if a dialog is undocked from a group then docked back into the group it will be the bottom tab when pinned or rightmost when unpinned. 
 Tabs cannot be re-ordered by dragging so you need to add them into the group first to last, then pin. 
 If in unpinning you remove a dialog from it's group the order will change when it is returned as it will be the last to be added.
